Every Harpd dataset is licensed under CC BY 4.0. Attribution requires naming the source, linking the canonical URL and naming the licence.

Data quality and limitations
- Rank Points are promotional placement purchased with Credits, not an editorial quality score
- Harpd does not publish first-party traffic, revenue or review figures for third-party products
- Benchmark data separates MEASURED from MODELED — a modeled record is an estimate, not a measurement
- Data updates continuously; always include the data date when citing
- Every claim is mapped to its evidence chain at /data/evidence.json
