Terms of Service

By using harpd.com or app.harpd.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind it.

1. The Service

Harpd provides software products including non-custodial spend controls and CrewProof scheduling and service-evidence workflows. We do not hold customer funds or private keys, and we are not a money transmitter.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service for unlawful activity or to facilitate payments you aren't authorized to make.
• Don't attempt to circumvent limits, reverse-engineer, or abuse the API.
• Keep your API keys secret; you're responsible for activity under your keys.

3. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. CrewProof starts with a 14-day free trial and offers monthly and annual plans based on completed visits, beginning at $49 monthly or $490 annually unless a different offer is shown at checkout. Product limits and any overages are described on the relevant pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the current paid period. Fees already paid for the current monthly or annual billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law. We may change prices with advance notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

Harpd Credits are integer, closed-loop service credits usable only for first-party Harpd digital services. They are non-transferable, cannot be sold, withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or used outside Harpd, and do not earn interest or represent an investment. Credit purchases are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or for confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charges. Automatic Credit expiration is not enabled unless and until specific expiration terms are published. Additional details appear in the Credits Terms.

Harpd Rank is promotional placement, not an editorial recommendation. One completed Credit spent on Rank creates one Rank Point. Rank Points are not wallet Credits and cannot be redeemed or converted back into Credits. Overall points are lifetime; Monthly and Weekly points are archived for their named periods. Position may change, and Harpd does not guarantee traffic, leads, sales, impressions or conversions. See the Rank Rules.

4. Marketplace

Listings are public. You're responsible for the endpoints you list and for complying with applicable law. Harpd takes a 10% revenue share on marketplace earnings and pays out via Stripe Connect.

5. Availability

We target the SLA for your plan but provide the Service "as is". We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend the Service for material breach or abuse. On cancellation, monthly plans stop at the end of the paid period and annual plans stop renewing (annual fees are non-refundable). On termination we stop processing new events and delete data per our Privacy Policy.
