Clear service terms
Each service shows its Credit cost and what is included before you confirm. Existing service terms remain available in your account.
Optional auto-renew
If you explicitly enable it, an ongoing service can debit the same Credit cost every 30 days. Turn it off before the next term to stop renewal.
Why no annual plan?
Credits do not currently expire, so customers who want to prepay can buy a larger Credit pack without committing to a non-refundable annual subscription.

What are Harpd Credits?
Harpd Credits are a single prepaid balance you buy once through Stripe and use across Harpd products — Harpd Rank, SiteCheck, Langue and ImgKit. One Credit currently equals USD $1 of Harpd service value.
Do Harpd Credits expire?
No. Credits do not currently expire, so you can buy a larger pack to prepay without committing to a non-refundable annual subscription.
Is there a monthly or annual subscription?
No cash monthly or annual plans. Credits are prepaid once and only consumed when you use a paid Harpd service. Some ongoing services can optionally auto-renew every 30 days if you explicitly enable it.
How much does one Credit cost?
1 Credit = USD $1. Credit packs are one-time Stripe payments (10, 50, 100, 500 or 1,000 Credits) with no volume discount.
Can I get a refund on Credits?
Refunds and disputes follow the Credits Terms and Terms of Service. A completed spend used for a service is not returned merely because a later result changes; adjustments remain auditable.
