Send the claim id (from /citations/) or the dataset URL, the figure you believe is wrong, and the source you are comparing against. Harpd checks the claim against its dataset and its evidence chain. If the dataset is wrong it is corrected and the claim re-verified; if the claim is wrong it is blocked or revised and the register reflects that.
