Do we need to rewrite our Agent or move our wallet?
No. The default pilot starts with a Collector or a managed reverse proxy in front of the current payment path. We only use the Gateway path when you want Harpd to enforce settlement before the facilitator.
What do we receive after 14 days?
A measured pilot report: blocked or escalated spend, reconciliation coverage, exception patterns, an audit evidence export, and a recommended production control plan.
Who is the pilot for?
